Prior to booking Laser Tattoo Removal or a Skin Rejuvenation treatment, we kindly ask that you take the time to thoroughly read and understand our terms and conditions.

It’s important to have a comprehensive understanding of the guidelines and policies in order to proceed with the treatment effectively and ensure a positive experience.

• As a part of the consultation process, you will receive detailed instructions regarding any necessary preparations before your treatment commences. It is imperative that you adhere to these guidelines, as failure to do so may lead to the cancellation or rescheduling of your treatment session.
• If you are unable to attend your scheduled treatment, we kindly request that you notify the clinic at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements and reschedule your appointment accordingly.
• In the event that we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we will make every effort to contact you as soon as possible. We will work with you to find another convenient time for you to visit the clinic and receive your treatment.
• Failure to attend your appointment without any 48hr notice, any deposits you may have paid will be fortified. It is important to inform us in advance if you are unable to attend to avoid any inconvenience and to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
• Deposits paid can be credited towards a future treatment of your choice. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment and have given prior notice we can retain the deposit and apply it as credit for your next visit. This allows you to make use of the deposit and receive the treatment at a later date.
• Please note that arriving late to your appointment may result in a reduction of the allocated treatment time or, in some cases, the forfeit of the appointment. We highly recommend arriving on time to ensure that you receive the full duration of your scheduled treatment and to avoid any inconvenience.
• To ensure the suitability of the treatment, patch tests will always be conducted before proceeding. This test allows us to assess how your skin reacts to the treatment and helps us determine the appropriate settings and protocols for your specific needs.
• Prior to each treatment, it is imperative that clients provide their medical history and disclose any relevant medication details. This information is crucial for the practitioner to assess your eligibility for the treatment and to ensure your safety and well-being.
• Please note that we strictly adhere to the policy of not providing treatments to individuals under the age of 18, as well as those who are pregnant and breastfeeding.
• We require written consent before proceeding with any treatments. This involves carefully reading and signing all necessary consent forms.
